A teaspoon of flax seeds mixed in a bowl of yogurt and that with chopped onions & tomatoes is my favorite snack.
But why? Well, because its recipe is simple and easy to understand while it nourishes my mind, body, and soul.
These three aspects of life are my priorities. The reason behind this is my unhealthy lifestyle in the past and a passion project planned for the future.
For now, I am on a mission to strengthen these three with the help of the wisdom found on the internet, awe-inspiring books, and the remarkable people we can access thanks to the internet.
Now, while I was learning all this myself and improving my life, I also wanted to share it with the world.
Thus happened, the birth of Happy and Better – this website.

I am a computer science engineer now turned a professional writer with two years of experience.
Back in 2016, I was a 20-year-old weighing 94 kilos and wanted to know everything about weight loss and better health.
The more I studied, the more I fell in the love with this niche.
Next, I got into writing to be able to learn more and also explore my creative side. Didn’t know this little experiment will turn another engineer (me) into a writer. And yeah, I lost around 25 kilos too.
Losing these 25 kilos required a load of changes in my lifestyle, my mindset, and led me to study topics like productivity and spirituality.
These days I work as a freelance wellness writer apart from blogging here occasionally.
